1. About us
Fly Alexa Travel Agency Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a CAC-registered travel agency in Nigeria providing flight ticketing, visa assistance, study abroad, hotel reservations, tours, travel insurance, business registration services and conference travel services.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant supplier (airline, hotel, embassy, insurer, tour operator). A booking is confirmed only after full payment (or agreed deposit) is received and a confirmation is issued.
3. Payments
Prices quoted are valid for the period stated on the quote. Fares and rates may change until ticketed or confirmed. Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Passports, visas & health
You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visa and health documents are valid for the entire trip. We assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee embassy decisions.
5. Changes & cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by the terms of the airline, hotel, insurer or supplier plus our service fee. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Liability
We act as an intermediary between you and the suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, injury, loss or damage caused by third-party suppliers, weather, government action or events beyond our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
